We've fixed the problem so creating new functions and deploying will work now.

Any functions created during the incident that received the 'Invalid document structure: Unknown attribute: "specification"' error was not created successfully and should be deleted. You will get an error on deletion, but it should still delete.

Our engineering team is still looking into the issue of creating new functions and deployments for specific Cloud projects. We have been able to reproduce the problem, and have logs to help us create a patch release. We will share more updates as soon as we can.
