There is a planned maintenance window scheduled for infrastructure improvements by our upstream cloud vendor, aimed at enhancing overall performance of the underlying control plane infrastructure.

No service downtime is anticipated during this window however, there is a small possibility that control panel functionality specifically CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations may be affected during the maintenance window.

We expect API error rates to return to normal. The system is being actively monitored, and any new issues will be investigated immediately.

There is a planned maintenance window scheduled for database schema migration, aimed at allowing improvement of Appwrite service.

No service downtime is anticipated during this window however, there is a small possibility that CRUD operations of users, sites, and functions may result in slow response, or server errors. If such problem occurs, an incident report will follow.

Our engineering team has identified the root cause of the incident and is implementing a series of remediation measures to prevent recurrence. All services are fully operational and performing within normal parameters.
