We have identified and resolved the issue affecting backups and restorations. As a precaution, we have temporarily increased backup retention for all customers to safeguard against any corrupted backups created during the incident. Older backup restorations, manual backups, and scheduled backups are now fully operational. Thank you for your patience.

We've disabled deletion of expired backup archives based on retention policy to ensure there is a backup with data since new backups are not working.

We are working on two issues with database backups:

1. database backups are not backing up all the data
2. restoring old backups results in an error
